The first page you see when you sign in is your account page. This page contains a summary of your orders and any PinkGray announcements. You will also be able to do the following:

Change Password: You will be able to change the Password to your account. Please note that PinkGray will never ask you for your password. Do not give your password to anyone.

Change Account Info: This is the information PinkGray uses to contact you. This information is also automatically entered into your Profile. Please make sure your Account Info is always up-to-date.

Delete Account: Click here only if you want to completely remove your account from PinkGray. If you choose to delete your account, it is irreversible.

Address Book

This feature is particularly useful for buyers of multiple stores or buyer who need to ship to multiple locations. The addresses in your address book will be available as a drop down list when you check out. The drop down list will display the "Shipping Company" of each entry in your address book. So instead of having to write the same addresses over and over, just enter it once and next time just click and go!

You can enter a new address by clicking the "Add New" link. But you can also add a new address entry when you check out. Simply check the "Add to my address book" under the address and it will be automatically entered into your address book.

Orders List

This button shows you all your orders. Click on the little pink arrows to arrange the list by Order Number, Designer, Ship Date, Cancel Date, Status, etc. Know immediately what order is due next. Click on each Order Number to see the details of the order. Click "Order Report" to search for orders by designer or date and export the search results to your spreadsheet program!
