I get an error when I try to upload an image.

PinkGray only accept images smaller than 400 x 400 pixels and under 100 Kb. If your image is larger than this, it will be rejected. Resize your image and try again.

My company does not show up under the Designer’s listing.

A designer must have at least one “published” collection to show up in the Designers listing. If all of your collections are “unpublished” of if you have not created any collections, your company will not be listed.

How can I rearrange the items in a collection?

The items in each collection are automatically arranged alphabetically by their Item Code. To change the display of your collection to your liking, simply change each item code. A simple trick would be to add a number infront of each item code.

Certain images are not displaying.

Currently, we are having some issues with certain images displaying correctly. If your image is not showing up, please try resaving the image through your image editor and make sure it is saved for the web either as a .jpg or .gif.

How can I see what the buyers will see?

When someone is logged in as a buyer, they will have a slightly different interface from a designer. To see your collection as a buyer, you can sign in with our test buyer code:
