Account Summary
The Account Summary page is the first thing you see when you sign in. It gives you basic information about your account such as how much you will be charged this billing period, your total orders and lending requests. Across the top, there are five links:
Change Billing Info: You can pay the monthly payments by credit card or Paypal. The credit card information you store here is only viewable by PinkGray. If you are using a credit card, it will automatically charged at the end of each billing period. If you are using Paypal, you will receive a Paypal payment request on your billing date and you will have 10 days to make the payment via Paypal. If you are using credit card, please make sure you do not fill out the Paypal information and vice-versa. For more detailed about how PinkGray determine the amount you are charged, please see “Pricing”.
Statements: Here you can see your current bill as well as your previous statements. Please note that the current bill is updated constantly and will change until the billing date.
Change Password: You will be able to change the Password to your account. Please note that PinkGray will never ask you for your password. Do not give your password to anyone.
Change Account Info: Your Account Info is the information that is automatically inserted into your orders, this should be your primary business contact. This is also the information PinkGray uses to contact you. Please make sure your Account Info is always up-to-date.
Delete Account: Click here only if you want to completely remove your account from PinkGray. If you choose to delete your account, it is irreversible. This will remove your collections and any information on PinkGray. However, you will still be charged any commissions due on your billing date.
My Showroom
For information in creating your showroom, please click here. Address Book
This is more than just a simple address book. Part of what PinkGray allows is for a designer to enter his/her own orders. So for example, you receive an order at a tradeshow and you want to enter it in PinkGray so you have all your sales information in one place. You can login as yourself, place an order as if you were the buyer and check out. When you are asked for your shipping and billing information, if you already have this buyer’s information stored in your Address Book, you can just choose it from the drop down list!
Orders & Requests
These links shows you a list of all your orders and requests. Click on the little pink arrows to rearrange the list. Click on each Order Number to see the details of the order or lending request. For information about how orders and lending request are processed by PinkGray, please see the Order Processing and Lending Request Processing links.
Order & Lending Request Reports
This feature allows you to easily find and gather order information. You can search by just one criteria or all the criterias. After you get the search results, you will also get a button to “Export” the results, which will create a file with the basic information of all the orders that you searched for. The export file is a CVS file which can be downloaded to your computer to be used in any spreadsheet program. With this feature, in seconds you can find out how much a sales rep sold last year.
*If you do not enter any information and just hit “Search”, this will give you all the orders you have in the PinkGray system. You can use this to export all of your orders.
Buyer & Press Profiles
Buyers and Press who have registered with PinkGray have an option to create a profile. Use the Buyer Profiles to find out what stores are looking for and what stores are good for you. Use the Press Profiles to find the right people to show your line to. Only members of PinkGray have access to the Buyer and Press Profiles, they are considered private information and may not be distributed outside of PinkGray.
