Commission

When a buyer places an order through PinkGray, and the order is confirmed, the designer is charged a 6% commission of the order total. This commission is payable at the end of each billing period (30 days). If an order is cancelled, the commission will also be canceled. If the order is canceled after the commission has been paid, the designer will be refunded the commission in the following billing period. PinkGray reserves the right to investigate any canceled orders and to contact the buyer for cancellation confirmation.

There is no commission for lending requests. Lending requests are provided as a free service.
